I have a Weather Widget that I made for personal use a while back that no longer works. I don't know how to fix it since I'm not to great with scripts. Is there anybody out there that can get it to work for me?? Thanks
Gmail flags all exe files. Always has.
@ Jim I wasn't talking about gmail, but about Google search and Google Chrome results...
Google have send me warning that my site has malware because of my weather gadgets!
I had to delete the direct to the zip file "download link", and replace with a link in a text file inside a zip folder from where the people could download them.
After 10 days, I got a second warning by Google not to use malware links inside the text files for the malware weather gadgets!!!! Can you imagine this?
All of you that you are following this thread, you know about the retirement of the free weather prognosis service by www.weather.com, and the fact that the most weather gadgets can’t get the weather.com XML Data Feed,
therefore are not working anymore.
I am trying something new, it doesn't have a good service as the weather.com, but it may help some of you.

Trying it now. My location overlaps the current conditions at the bottom. Otherwise working fine on XP. Enter Bloomington, IL as a location to see what I mean.
That's an easy fix, Wiz. Open DX, import the widget, right click the location, properties, summary tab, set witdh to 300. Center. Move the info icon and text down a smidge, save.
Thanks Nikos, we needed a solution, you found it!!!
My pleasure Jim
Updated to support huge city/airport names
Thanks, Nikos!
I guess you should wait to see the updated description of this widget, before you try to download it again, need moderation/approval by WinCustomize
You guys are on top of the game.
All I see when I run it is the temp text and if I click on it it disappears LOL
Making some headway with the other but I still can't figure out how to abbreviate the weekdays and get rid of the annoying US at the end of the city, state
Nikos, I can't get yours to take my city, Greeneville, Tn. Bummer, nice work other than that.
Since both Nikos' weather feed/script and the one I'm using both seem to have a few small problems, I'll keep using what I'm using, so we'll have two choices for weather feeds. Until maybe something that works for everyone comes along.
I clicked on adni18's link and it takes me to RnD's Weather Widget page. Even entering /2343/ at the end of the url doesn't work as it does the same thing. I'm running the on RedBuzzard mentions in reply 26 and was able to change the weather to my zipcode. I wanted to see if it would work with adni18's.
RedBuzzard, you have PMs.
